Andrew Shearer: Vital Stats
- In my day job, I write medical web applications at Lifespan, a nonprofit hospital group in Rhode Island.
- Favorite development tools include Python, PHP, and Mac OS X.
(I also work with ASP, Windows, IIS, Perl, Apache, C++, Java, and others, but this isn’t a resumé.)
- I do some part-time consulting and release free software under the Shearer Software label.
- I also lead trips with the Appalachian Mountain Club. I’m a trip leader and webmaster with Boston AMC Young Members,
and am the chair of the AMC Narragansett Young Members. As part of that, I’m SOLO-certified in Advanced Wildnerness First Aid.
- I’ve sold some of the photos I’ve taken.
- Despite the above, the picture at right is still just the photo from my driver’s license.

as part of which I do part-time consulting work.
One thing it lacks is a slogan. How about this one?
